Vero Charcuterie was founded on a simple belief: food has the power to bring people together in meaningful ways.


What began as a love for thoughtfully styled charcuterie boards quickly grew into a passion for creating experiences. It became clear that charcuterie is more than meats and cheeses—it’s about slowing down, gathering around something beautiful, and feeling genuinely cared for.





Vero Charcuterie is built with intention. Each board is carefully curated to feel elevated yet approachable, indulgent yet balanced. From intimate date nights to large celebrations, the goal has always remained the same: to create food that feels personal and memorable.


As the business has grown, so has the vision. What started as a small passion continues to evolve, with a long-term goal of expanding into a storefront with a licensed kitchen and offering full catering services. Despite that growth, the foundation remains unchanged—quality ingredients, thoughtful design, and meaningful connection.




Vero Charcuterie began in 2022, when founder Kelsey became a mother and wanted to show appreciation to the mothers in her life by creating a grazing table for Mother’s Day. What started as a heartfelt gesture quickly turned into something more. Through building grazing tables, Kelsey discovered how both small and large charcuterie spreads naturally bring people together.


Charcuterie became the beginning and the ending of conversations—the place people gather, linger, and connect.
